Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) announced today that it has set
the close of business on March 28, 2011 as the record date for
determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at
its upcoming Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders will
be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) at The
Island Hotel, located at 690 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, Calif.
