Stephen Scully

Mr. Scully was founder and president of The Scully Companies, a truck leasing specialized contract carriage provider. Starting the company in 1981, he grew the business into the largest independent asset-based logistics provider in the western U.S. With over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, Mr. Scully also served as chairman and director of National Truck Leasing System, board member of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association, board member of Ameriquest Transportation And Logistics Resources, and member of the California Trucking Association. He currently serves on the advisory board of the USC Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies as well as the philanthropy committee of the International Fund for Animal Welfare and holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Ardisana is the chief executive officer and the principal owner of the firm ASG Renaissance, a technical and communication services firm, which she founded in 1987. She is also chief executive officer of Performance Driven Workforce, a scheduling and staffing firm. An active business and civic leader in Michigan, Ms. Ardisana has held numerous leadership positions in a variety of non-profit organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Texas, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.

Mr. Ford served as an Audit Partner at KPMG LLP from 1994 until his retirement in 2022. Mr. Ford served numerous SEC registrants as the Lead Audit Engagement Partner in the energy, automotive and technology sectors during his tenure with KPMG LLP.

Mr. Ford served as a member of the Board of Directors of KPMG LLP and its related entity, KPMG Americas LLP from 2013-2018. Mr. Ford is a certified public accountant (retired status) in California, Arizona and Hawaii. Mr. Ford holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Marc de Guilhem de Lataillade serves as Vice President Biogas in the Gas, Renewables and Power business segment of TotalEnergies, a role he assumed in September 2024. Prior to that, he was General Manager of TotalEnergies LNG Services France and Vice President Gas Renewables and Power in China, where he led the development of renewables and LNG activities. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Solar Utility Power Plants at TotalEnergies Renewables from 2015 to 2018 and General Manager of TotalEnergies Marketing and Services Ethiopia from 2012 to 2015. M. de Guilhem de Lataillade holds is graduated from the Political Sciences Institute (IEP) of Paris.

Andrew J. Littlefair is President and CEO of Clean Energy, a company he co-founded with T. Boone Pickens in 1997.

Previously, Mr. Littlefair served as Vice President of Public Affairs at MESA Inc., then one of America’s largest independent producers of natural gas. In this role Littlefair oversaw the company’s natural gas vehicle activities and served as special assistant to Mr. Pickens.

Mr. Littlefair served as Chairman of NGVAmerica for 8 years from 2003 to 2011. In 2004, he was named an NGV Champion by the International Association of Natural Gas Vehicles (IANGV). In 2014, Mr. Littlefair received an Environmental Leadership Award from the California League of Conservation Voters for his work in renewable natural gas and building America’s Natural Gas Highway.

Mr. Littlefair graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Political Science. He and his wife have two sons.

Aimeric Ramadier is the Company Senior Representative USA for TotalEnergies, appointed in September 2025. Since joining TotalEnergies in 2012, he has held leadership roles across refining, exploration & production, and marketing & services, including overseeing operations in Oceania and Southeast Asia. Most recently, Aimeric was head of Strategy and Supply for the Marketing & Services division from 2023 to 2025, overseeing strategy, M&A, products supply policy, innovation, public affairs, and advocacy. Mr. Ramadier previously served in the French civil service and is a graduate of France’s École Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Sciences Po Paris, and holds a Law degree.

Mr. Taormina is the former CEO of Taormina Industries, Inc., one of California’s largest solid waste and recycling companies. In 1997, Taormina Industries merged with Republic Services, a publicly held waste handling company that operates throughout the United States. Mr. Taormina served as Regional Vice President of Republic Services from 1997 to 2001, managing the overall operations of 11 Western states. Since 2001, Mr. Taormina has served as a consultant to Republic Services and operates his own investment company.
