Clean Energy Fuels Corp. to Host 2011 Annual Stockholder Meeting On May 25

SEAL BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) announced today that it has set the close of business on March 28, 2011 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at its upcoming Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) at The Island Hotel, located at 690 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, Calif. 92660.

Additional information, including details of the business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting, will be included in the Company's Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement, which, along with the Company's 2010 Annual Report to Stockholders, will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
