Clean Energy to Build and Operate ''Green'' Natural Gas Fueling Station for Orange County Transportation Authority for Growing Fleet of Contracted Fixed Route Buses
SEAL BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq:CLNE), North America's leader in clean transportation, has been awarded a contract valued at $3.6 million by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), to design, build and operate the new clean-burning, compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling station at the Authority's Irvine, California maintenance facility.

Initially, the new station will fuel OCTA's fleet of 63 contracted fixed route CNG buses with an estimated 500,000 gallons of natural gas annually. The Authority plans to grow the CNG bus fleet.
